An illustrious cast of Danish Metal talent makes up the medieval garbed EVIL MASQUERADE. The band is mentored by guitarist Henrik Flyman of ZOOL, MOAHNI MOAHNA and WUTHERING HEIGHTS repute, and fronted by original ROYAL HUNT vocalist Henrik Brockmann. The line-up would be rounded out by Kasper Gram of MANTICORA and WUTHERING HEIGHTS on bass guitar and drummer Dennis Buhl of SINPHONIA. Session guesting on keyboards for the 2004 'Welcome To The Show' album would be the YNGWIE MALMSTEEN credited Mats Olausson, ROYAL HUNT's André Andersen and the TIME REQUIEM, MAJESTIC and SPACE ODYYSSEY credited Richard Andersson.

The band crafted a new album, entitled 'Theatrical Madness', for April 2005 issue through Frontiers Records. Guest keyboard players on the record included André Andersen, Richard Andersson and Mikkel Jensen. Ambitiously, the band re-crafted the first scene of the fourth act from Shakespeare's 'Macbeth' into the song 'Witches Chant'.

EVIL MASQUERADE returned in May 2006 with 'Third Act'. Both Richard Andersson and the RAINBOW credited David Rosenthal guested on keyboards. Band roster comprised Henrik Flyman, singer Apollo Papathanasio, of TIME REQUIEM, GARDENIAN, FIREWIND, FAITH TABOO, SANDALINAS and MAJESTIC repute, SINPHONIA bassist Thor Jeppesen with Dennis Buhl.

The group set 'Fade To Black' as the title of their fourth album, mixed by Tommy Hansen at Jailhouse Studios, released in 2009. Former RAINBOW keyboardist Tony Carey guested.
