A Power Metal band created in 1996 and fronted by Oliver Glas. VOICE made their entrance with the 1998 'Prediction' album released by AFM Records. The VOICE line up for this album comprised of Glas on vocals, guitarists Thommy Neuhierl and Rico Hendel, bass player Soren Glas, keyboard player Matthias Loscher and drummer Arnd Otto.

VOICE's line-up would remain stable for the follow up 'Trapped In Anguish'. During 2001 the Stefan Schwarzmann, the renowned erstwhile ACCEPT, U.D.O. and RUNNING WILD drummer, would supplant Otto. Schwarzmann joined the live band of fabled ex-SCORPIONS guitarist ULI JON ROTH for live work later that year.
