Unblack Metal band VARDØGER is actually the name given to a set of 1997 recordings conducted by a band unit known at the time as HIDDEN PARADISE. Endtime Productions located these tracks and, rebanded as VARDØGER, issued the 'Whitefrozen' EP in 2001. Band personnel included vocalist Peter Dalbakk of SCHALIACH, guitarist Robert Bordevik of GRIEVANCE, guitarist Stian Aarebrot of THE CREST, bass player Magnus Westgaard, keyboard player Knut Anders Sørum and CREST OF DARKNESS drummer Tom Arne Fossheim.
