Biography
THE LADDER is a 2004 project of FM and SHADOWMAN vocalist Steve Overland. Featured on guitar for the 'Future Miracles' album would be Vinny Burns of TEN and DARE repute, WILDLIFE bassist Bob Skeat with Pete Jupp of FM and SAMSON on drums. The record was produced by HEARTLAND guitarist Steve Morris.
During 2006 THE LADDER cut a second album for Escape Music, recorded at Voodoo Lounge Recording studios, London and Ocean Reach Studio in Warrington, Cheshire. 'Sacred' emerged in April 2007. Guitar work on this opus found Vinny Burns being replaced by Austrian musician Gerhard Pichler of MELODICA and POLEY / PICHLER.
