Unveiled in early 2009, REECE is a band project headed up by US singer David Reece, known for his tenures with DARE FORCE, SIRCLE OF SILENCE, BANGALORE CHOIR and, controversially, ACCEPT. The man was enticed out of retirement in 2007 to front up Swedish act GYPSY ROSE's June 2008 album 'Another World'.

The debut REECE album, 'Universal Language' recorded at Supermihl Studios and released by Metal Heaven, was produced by guitarist Andy Susemihl of U.D.O. and featured Jochen Funders from HOLY MOSES on bass, and Stefan Schwarzmann, of ACCEPT, HELLOWEEN, KROKUS, RUNNING WILD and U.D.O., on drums.
