Biography

Houston, Texas based Progressive Metal band initiated during 1997. The OUTWORLD trio of vocalist Kelly Carpenter, guitarist Rusty Cooley and bass player Brent Marches are all erstwhile members of DOMINION. Cooley, a highly rated virtuoso guitarist with a number of instructional CD-ROMs to his name, started his career with REVOLUTION. Marches was also previously with INNER SANCTUM, LIFE AND TIMES and BIG BANG THEORY. Keyboard player Bobby 'Vader' Williamson cites a heritage with ESPIONAGE.

OUTWORLD added former WINTER and REVOLUTION drummer Jeff Huerta during 2002. The group cut an eponymous Mark Elam co-produced 2004 demo. Replica Records released the 'Outworld' album in November 2006, these sessions having been cut at Spyder Studios in Texas then mastered at Jailhouse Studios in Denmark by Tommy Hansen.Japanese editions hosted a bonus track entitled 'Polar'.

Carlos Gustavo Alves Zema, of Brazilian acts VOUGAN, HEAVEN'S GUARDIAN, and AMONICIDE, then enrolled as vocalist to feature on the track 'War Cry', released as a demo in 2008. A further four song demo followed that same year.

Williamson exited in March 2008 to co-forge a fresh Prog-Metal project alongside colleague Shawn Kascak entitled EUMERIA. Zema would also decamp at the same juncture, joining the DAVID SHANKLE GROUP.
