Grind merchants EXIT 23 was an extention of an extracurricular project assembled by Relapse Records boss Bill Yurkiewicz on vocals, guitarist Steve O'Donnel, and BRUTAL TRUTH's Dan Lilker on bass together with his former band mate drummer Scott Lewis originally billed EXIT 13.

EXIT 13 first issued the 1994 album 'Ethos Musick'.
